House Painting Service
Phillips main work has been in the residential industry, from old terraces with problematic surfaces to new builds, each of which requiring different systems of preparation and application.

Commercial Painting
Whether it’s a shop or office, same principles apply as residential painting except for the need to apply perhaps high strength industrial product in high wear places such as high traffic and commercial kitchens. According to the demand there is a solution.
Interior Painting
It is one thing to know how to paint, but most importantly it is another to investigate what has been put on before and in what condition the existing surfaces are. Only then you can know what exact treatment is needed for a long lasting outcome. For example ceilings that are peeling, may be peeling because of kalsomine. If one doesn’t address that issue with solvent based sealer/binder the problem will keep coming back.
Exterior Painting
The main difference with interior painting is that the product used are designed to withstand the external elements. Other considerations include where is it located, near the sea where salt and rust could be an issue. There are product to guard against these things. Proper preparation is key for a long lasting outcome. We use from normal external acrylics to water proofing membranes. If it is a repaint we wash the project first, to remove debri, salt and pollutants to make sure that the next coat has maximum adhesion.
